All jewelry descriptions, photos, and materials listed on our site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences. We craft each piece with care, and all items are 18K gold-plated over stainless steel and nickel-free unless stated otherwise.

2. Product Availability

Items are subject to availability. If an item sells out, we'll notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

3. Your Responsibilities

When you purchase from us, you agree to:

• Use the jewelry only for personal wear
• Not resell, reproduce, or commercially use any pieces
• Not copy our designs or photos
• Follow care instructions to maintain your jewelry
• Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying beauty products

4. What We're NOT Responsible For

We're not liable for:

• Lost or stolen packages after delivery (use tracking and signature confirmation if concerned)
• Damage from dropping, impact, or physical force
• Damage from exposure to water, chemicals, perfume, lotions, chlorine, or saltwater
• Tarnishing, scratches, or wear from normal use
• Allergic reactions or sensitivities to materials
• Items lost in shipping
• Issues caused by not following care instructions

5. Shipping

We ship orders within 3-7 business days to addresses in the United States only. Once shipped, delivery is typically 5-10 business days. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather. Use tracking to monitor your package.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please review our Return Policy for details on returns, refunds, and our 90-day warranty. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Our warranty and return policies are your sole remedy for defective items.

7. Dispute Resolution

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the item.
