We stand behind every piece at Everglow & Divine. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, here's how we handle returns.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. We want you to feel confident and beautiful in what you wear.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and undamaged
• In original condition with no visible signs of wear
• All tags and original packaging included

This ensures the jewelry is in the same condition as when it left our hands.

How to Return

1. Email everglowanddivine@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return
2. We'll provide you with a return address and instructions
3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using tracking when you return your item.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Please allow 1-2 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Final Sale Items

Some items may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned. Always check the product details before purchasing.
