Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return

1. Email us at everglowanddivine@gmail.com with your order number
2. We'll send you return instructions
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
4. Once received, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Return Requirements

Items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn. All sale items are final sale.
